Außerdem will Pegasus Journalisten über Neuheiten informieren.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, as the saying goes. Pegasus Spiele also seems to take this motto to heart and is confronting the pandemic, where most people can only play together virtually, by expanding its online activities. The publisher will begin the new year with the third Pegasus Designer Days: from January 27 to 29, game designers worldwide are once again invited to present their new ideas to the publisher's editorial team in ten-minute Zoom video conferences, regardless of whether they've created children's, family or expert games. Until January 10, registrations are accepted here. With luck, promising concepts might turn into a publication. According to Pegasus, the first two online events were "extremely successful".

On this occasion another new event format will make its debut: the Designer Days will run as part of the first "Pegasus Spiele Kickoff Days" (Jan. 27-30), addressing more target groups in addition to designers: retailers will find training sessions, panels and workshops, while suppliers and sales representatives can present their programs and coordinate their cooperation for the upcoming months. Pegasus will also inform journalists about its new releases. On January 30, the Community Day, livestreams with interviews and Let's Plays around new releases will be accessible to the public. Details are to follow at the beginning of the new year here.

Another event can already be earmarked for March: The fifth "CONspiracy", an online convention organized by Pegasus together with Orkenspalter TV, will take place from March 26 to 28. Cooperating partner is also the "Gratisrollenspieltag" (free role playing day); the initiative had to cancel most of its in-person activities in 2020 and will probably have to do without its usual events at retailers and game clubs on March 27, which is why the CONspiracy's Saturday will be dedicated to the role-players. At the same time, a one-month crowdfunding for the Cthulhu campaign Masks of Nyarlathotep will begin on Startnext, where backers can purchase a tome edition and other exclusive add-ons.
