Carol Rapp, until recently Asmodee Group's International Operational Marketing Director and prior to that Asmodee's managing director in Germany, has founded a new consulting firm for the board game industry together with her former colleagues Cedric Delobelle and Daniel Steel: All About Games (AAG) aims to help game publishers and distributors "improve their impact in a growing market, build bridges from one company to another, and develop their footprint in the market". To that end, it advises on business development, international sales, localization, marketing strategy, brand and team development as well as process optimization. AAG also offers training, seminars, business coaching and other services. The agency is headquartered in Bracknell (UK) where Delobelle and Steel manage the business; Rapp operates an office in Germany.

In more than ten years in the games industry, Cedric Delobelle has worked on translations and was active in community management, international sales, business development and production; he worked for the current Asmodee subsidiary Esdevium in its international distribution and then coordinated the sales of Fantasy Flight Games (another Asmodee studio) in Europe. For the past two years, Delobelle has been supporting game publishers as a consultant in finding licensing and production partners.

Daniel Steel has been part of the board game and tabletop industry for over 30 years; at the end of 2018, he left Asmodee, where he had been European sales director and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Prior to that, he had grown Esdevium Games in the UK from a small importer to a leading European games distributor until it was acquired by Asmodee in 2010. He was also an investor and non-executive director of Fantasy Flight Publishing between 2000 and 2014.

At Asmodee's German subsidiary, Carol Rapp oversaw its restructuring and growth as well as the integration of the publisher Heidelberger Spieleverlag; she also organized Asmodee's fair presence at SPIEL in Essen. In addition to corporate management, marketing and event management, she contributes experience as a business coach.
