19.05.2026 - Heute hat der Verein Spiel des Jahres die Nominierten für 2026 bekannt gegeben. Insgesamt wurde dieses Jahr eine Rekordzahl von 571 Spielen begutachtet.
Auf den Preis als Kennerspiel des Jahres dürfen hoffen:
- Boss Fighters QR von Lukas Zach und Michael Palm (Verlag: Pegasus Spiele)
- Rebirth von Reiner Knizia (Frosted Games / Mighty Boards)
- Moon Colony Bloodbath von Donald X. Vaccarino (Alea)
Im Rennen um das Kinderspiel des Jahres sind:
- Buh Party von Florian Sirieix und Benoit Turpin (Loki)
- Die Insel der Mookies von Florian Sirieix (Kosmos / Scorpion Masqué)
- Verflixt verzaubert von Thomas Dagenais-Lespérance (Game Factory)
Finalisten für das Spiel des Jahres sind:
- Dito! von Martin Ang (Game Factory)
- Cozy Sticker Ville von Corey Konieczka (Unexpected Games)
- Morty Sorty Magic Shop von Markus Slawitscheck (Schmidt)
